I love the Sea Life Center. I really love the sea bird avaiary.  I spent the most of the morning taking portraits of birds.

In the afternoon, Mary and Warren Huss, Margaret House Conger’s sister and brother-in-law, gave me the royal tour of Seward.  Seward is the Mural Capital, we saw many that have been winners of a yearly contest.  The winners are enlarged on walls in a ” paint by number” format and the painted by the residents.  We visited the library and museum.  We saw the fish weir and the prison.  The best part of the afternoon was the hospitality, seeing the interactions of citizens and meeting so many people.
